We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items or gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
When we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return is approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return and Refund Policy

At Tactical Fightwear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product is not quite what you expected, you can register your order for return within 30 days of receipt.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to register your return with us. After your return request is approved, you have 14 days to send the product back to us.

Conditions for Returning

A product can be returned when it:

• Is unused, unworn, and clean;

• Is in its original condition;

• Has no damage, stains, odors, or signs of use;

• Is returned in the original packaging where possible.

Products worn or used during training, sparring, or other sports activities cannot be accepted as returns.

For hygiene reasons, certain products, such as mouthguards or similar hygiene products, can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and sealed.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. A return shipment may only be sent after it has been registered and confirmed by us in advance.

Return Costs

The cost of returning a product is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend sending your return shipment with track & trace. Tactical Fightwear is not responsible for returns lost during transport.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Product

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@tacticalfightwear.com.

Please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and your order number. After assessment, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, refund, or another solution in consultation.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the return has been approved.

For an approved return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method. If you prefer store credit, you can indicate this in your return request.

The refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the product.

Exchanges

If you want to receive a different size or product, please contact us at info@tacticalfightwear.com. We will then find the fastest solution together.

Exceptions

Returns may be refused if the product is used, worn, damaged, soiled, incomplete, or if it is registered outside the return period.

Tactical Fightwear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions.
