Refund Policy

At Tactical Fightwear, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return conditions

To use our voluntary 30-day return period, the item must be unused, unworn and clean, with the original tags and – where possible – in its original packaging. Include your order number or proof of purchase.

Your statutory rights always remain unaffected. Consumers in the European Union have at least a 14-day cooling-off period. During this statutory period, you may inspect and assess an item as you would in a shop.

Requesting a return

First register your return by emailing support@tacticalfightwear.com. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. You will then receive the return instructions.

Clearly include your order number with the return shipment so that we can process it quickly.

Return costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We therefore do not provide a free return label. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, Tactical Fightwear will cover the return costs. In that case, contact support@tacticalfightwear.com before returning the item.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Check your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong. Include your order number and, if possible, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement or a refund.

Exceptions

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect. Products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons – such as mouthguards – cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Sale items are covered by this return policy unless the product page clearly states otherwise and this is permitted by law.

Exchanges

If you need another size or product, register the original item for return and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive the item you want.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

When you exercise the statutory EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or until you provide proof that they have been sent back. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

For returns requested after the statutory cooling-off period but within our voluntary 30-day period, we refund the purchase price of approved returned items. The original shipping costs are not refunded, to the extent permitted by law.
